By creating an account or using CoreEdge Trading Journal ("CoreEdge", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CoreEdge is a web-based trading journal and analytics tool. The Service is intended for personal use by individual traders to log, review, and analyse their own trading activity. CoreEdge does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CoreEdge. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@coreedge.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; share your account with others; or attempt to circumvent any usage limits or subscription restrictions.
All content, design, and code that makes up CoreEdge is owned by CoreEdge and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of the trading data you enter. By using the Service, you grant CoreEdge a limited licence to store and process your data to provide the Service.
CoreEdge is a journaling tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice. Trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance shown in your journal does not guarantee future results. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading losses.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via Settings or by emailing support@coreedge.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
